Hi

My name is Aitana.

 

I'm a Product Designer who focuses on solutions through UI/UX. I help solve problems that are transformed into beautiful and meaningful tools.

For close to five years, I've worked on:

• Developing high-fidelity UI layouts that balance aesthetics and usability

• Iterative processes that rely on rapid wireframing and prototyping, aiming for continuous improvement

• Cross-team collaboration with engineers, developers and marketers

• A User-Centered approach that empathizes with the needs of users

• Creating design systems for efficiency between teams

 

I came back to my home city of San Diego after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.F.A in Graphic Design. While in school, I spent four years volunteering with Cal Poly Rose Float, helping to design, build, and decorate the only student-built float in the Pasadena Rose Parade.

 

I'm always creating! When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me sketching or illustrating stories of my own.
